Instructions for the test
Dr. M. Morter has devised a pH test that one can perform at home to give an indication of this. It involves being on a non-alkaline food diet for two days (that is a diet eating anything other than fruits and vegetables). On the third day the first urine sample is tested with special pH paper. If there are enough alkaline reserves in the body then the paper should change to a dark green or blue colour. If the colour of the pH paper remains yellow this is an indication of that our body is over-acid, our buffer systems are overwhelmed and organs and body systems are
overstressed.
